What this site collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, email address, a line about you or your team, and your description of the product and blocker. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.

Alongside it we record the time you sent it and the two-letter country code our hosting provider reports for your connection. We use the country to understand where enquiries come from. We do not store your IP address, and we do not attempt to identify you beyond what you told us.

What we do not do

There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, no session recording, no advertising tag, and no third-party script of any kind. There are no cookies. The site sets none, and it does not need a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry with anybody for marketing.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Because you asked us to consider an early-access application. In UK and EU data protection terms, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you sent us an enquiry and we are reviewing or replying to it. If you would rather we had not kept it, tell us and we will delete it.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. Those two companies process it on our behalf and for no other purpose. Both may store it outside the UK.

How long we keep it

Two years from when you sent it, so that we can find the conversation again if you come back to us, and then we delete it. If we never reply to you, or you tell us you are not interested, we delete it sooner.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Email hello@usesalve.com and we will do it, normally within a few days and always within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you think we have handled your data badly.

Product and project data

This page covers this website and its application form only. Before anyone gets product access, we will explain how that cohort's project data, providers, retention, deletion, and human access work. Trust and project data separates what exists today from the commitments still being defined.

Changes

If this changes we will change the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something this page does not mention.
